Residential and commercial building, located in Zadar, in block between Molatska ulica and Sv Vinko Paulski streets. Attractiveness of the location is peaceful neighbourhood close to major roads and town facilities. The project aims to create a comfortable living micro location with the necessary supporting business and social amenities.
The building has a residential-commercial purpose, two basement floors, ground floor and four floors with a loft. We offer 74 apartments in four floors and 12 commercial spaces on the ground and 180 parking lots in two basement levels.
Body construction consists of a supporting beams, columns, walls and slabs. The exterior walls are made of brick and a blocks lined sheets of expanded polystyrene d = 6 cm as thermal isolation.

Inside the block is quiet pedestrian area, and delivery and parking is regulated from Molatska st. while in the garage access from the street Sv. Vinko Paulski trough the ramp that is on the pitch. Around the office space is the pavement surface as access to all areas. Green areas will be landscaped to process low-indigenous vegetation and lawns. Passages will be paved with concrete slabs. With the pedestrian path will be set up desks and high-lights.
Building is divided into three parts: two basement floors make the room for a garage and parking, ground floor is a business, and all floors are residential. Basement and residential floors are connected by an elevator and stairs, a commercial premises at ground level are marked and they are accessed from the outside and facing the street and pedestrian access.
The facility consists of two dilatations with two separate entrances-L-shaped facing each other forming a horseshoe so that the interlude of greenery inside the square is open to the northeast, a place of meeting and socializing. Every expansion has a separate entrance, lift and stairs and provides three-way in a northeast-southwest direction with good sunny apartments, single, double or triple-oriented.
